Can I purchase tickets for the event?

No, we do not sell individual tickets. Tables are included in the bronze partnership level and up.

What is the attire for the event?

Men are to wear black and white tuxedos. Women are to wear black and white formal floor length gowns.

What is the schedule for the event?

Registration will open at 6 pm. The seated dinner will begin at 7:30 pm. Program will begin at 8:15 pm followed by live music with Rouge Krewe. Event will end at 11 pm.

Can I use cash for purchases on the night of the event?

No, the event is cashless. All purchases and donations will be processed through GiveSmart. Once you are assigned a ticket, you will receive an email from GiveSmart to create your profile where you can upload a credit card to use for any purchase, bid, or donation at the event.

How can I bid on silent auction items at the event?

All bids will be placed through GiveSmart. Volunteers will available to help.

Can I make a  donation?

You can pay for your sponsorship via credit card or by check. Checks can be mailed to PO Box 83930 Baton Rouge, LA 70884. Please include a sponsorship commitment form or a note with your information. Reach out to [email protected] for more information.

Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

Of course! Once your donation is processed, American Cancer Society will send that information to you.

How will my donation be used?

Donations are used to support the mission of the American Cancer Society to end cancer as we know it, for everyone. Our mission is to support cancer research, currently over 460 million invested in all types of cancer research, patient access to care (transportation and lodging grants), Hope Lodge locations, patient support (24/7 hotline, largest virtual support group, and more), and so much more.

Last year, Acadiana residents received 3,164 free rides to and from treatment. 2,323 free nights of lodging were awarded saving Acadiana residents over $348,450.
